Sarah R. Karl



Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan, where she was awarded University Honors four consecutive semesters. She then went on to Wayne State University School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in 2011. During law school she served as a Governor-at-Large, and later as Treasurer for the Student Board of Governors. 


Sarah began her legal career in 2011, by representing large corporations and financial institutions in residential default procedures and foreclosure avoidance solutions. In 2017, she joined MAGWV where she became involved in community association law and her practice has centered on governing document revisions and restatements, collection matters, restriction enforcement and contract drafting and review.
