Attorney
Ben began his law career at a small firm where he worked full time as a clerk for three years while attending law school in the evenings. Upon earning his law license in 2008, Ben continued on with this firm focusing his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate law, and bankruptcy. Ben joined MAGWV in 2015 and continues to specialize in civil litigation. Ben is the firm’s “go-to-guy” for complex discussion of litigation strategy, determining which arguments to make and which to abandon. His well-researched, devil’s advocate approach will make you think, but his storytelling and sense of humor will balance it with a smile. He enjoys traveling with family, golf, camping, hiking and gardening.
