Stephen M. Guerra is the managing partner of the Firm. Steve received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University Law School, where he was awarded the Order of the Coif and served on Law Review.

Steve has been involved in homeowner association law for more than a decade, focusing his practice on interpretation, review, and amendment of community association documents, restriction enforcement, assessment collections, and review, negotiation and drafting of Association-related contracts. Steve also focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate finance, acquisition, development and leasing.

Steve was named a “Rising Star” by Michigan Super Lawyer’s Annual Publication in 2013 and 2014.
