Sarah R. Karl is an associate attorney at our Firm. Sarah graduated the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She went on to graduate from the Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree, where she served on the Student Board of Governors as a Governor-at-Large, and later as Treasurer. While in law school, Sarah drafted advisory opinions regarding habeas corpus petitions as a judicial intern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives.

Sarah brings her experienced background in real estate transactions and review of land title records and standards to our Firm. She has successfully represented large corporations and financial institutions in residential default procedures and foreclosure avoidance solutions. She strives to secure favorable outcomes for clients by using her experience and knowledge to effectively address client concerns.
